CICRA has five staff at the JCRA in Jersey and four at the OUR in Guernsey.
The JCRA is led by a board, whose Chairman is appointed by the States on the recommendation of the Economic Development Minister in accordance with Article 3 of the Competition Regulatory Authority (Jersey) Law, 2001. The Economic Development Minister, in consultation with the Chairman is also responsible for appointing at least two non-executive Directors. There are currently three non-executive directors.
The OUR is led by the States appointed Director General. In 2005 the OUR established an independent Audit Risk and Remuneration Committee which scrutinises the controls in place within the OUR.
